How does SKARTIO Commerce Cloud pricing work?
SKARTIO uses a pay-per-usage model. Your monthly charges
include:
• Cloud Cost: Starts at INR 800/month.
• SKU Cost: Calculated based on the total number of active
SKUs/items in your catalog at INR 3 per SKU.
For example, if you have 100 SKUs, your charges will be INR
800 (Basic Plan Cloud Cost) + INR 300 (SKU Cost), totaling
INR 1100 per month.
Are there any additional costs like setup, developer, server, or maintenance fees?
No. SKARTIO offers:
• No Setup Cost: Start your online store without any upfront
fees.
• No Developer Cost: Build your store yourself—no coding
or developer fees needed.
• No Server Cost: Hosting is included in your monthly plan.
• No Maintenance Cost: No additional annual charges for
upkeep or support.
How does the 90-day trial period and free credits work?
You receive free credits valid for 90 days based on your
chosen plan.
These credits cover your usage during the trial period,
allowing you to use the platform without any charges.
If your usage exceeds the free credits, billing starts from the
day the credits are exhausted.
For instance, if you consume free credits within 50 days,
billing will begin on the 51st day.
How are bills generated, and how can I pay them?
SKARTIO follows a post-paid model with billing at the end of
each monthly cycle.
• Bills Generation: Bills are sent to your registered email on
the 1st of every month, with payments due by the 7th.
• Payment: Pay bills via the “Account & Billing” section or
through the payment link in your email.
What happens if I don’t pay my bills on time?
• Grace Period: You have a 15-day grace period for overdue
payments.
• Restricted Access: If bills remain unpaid for over 90 days,
admin panel access will be restricted, and site operations may
be impacted.
